Delivery Frequently Asked Questions

How do I check the tracking of my order?

If your order has a tracking number it will be possible to simply log onto your account and go to track my order.

Am I able to change my delivery address?

Yes, we are able to change the delivery address as long as your order has not already been posted and it is not a PO Box only address. Contact us by phone or email.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

We offer two options for delivery. The first option is free of charge and your order will be sent by Royal Mail "to sign for"this will ensure that we know you have received the delivery. A second option is available if you wish to have the package delivered by Special delivery, if you select this option at checkout there will be a £8 charge added to your final total.

Can you send overseas?

Currently we are unable to send packages overseas.

Which courier company do you use for deliveries?

Deliveries are made by Royal Mail.
