Am I able to place an order overseas?

We are currently unable to post items overseas.

Is it possible to order just the frames without a prescription?

Yes. When placing your order just click on the frame only option and you will receive your frames with non-prescription lenses in.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually advise that orders will take a maximum of 7 -10 working days, however occasionally your chosen frames may be out of stock. We will notify you via email or telephone if this occurs with an approximate date for delivery.

I have an email stating that one of the items in my order is out of stock!

Unfortunately our suppliers occasionally state that a frame may be out of stock. If this occurs we will contact you with an option of choosing an alternative product, or a date when the product is expected to be delivered.

If you wish to cancel the order we will refund you the money in line with our refunds policy.

I have received an email stating that one of the products is discontinued If this does occur we will contact you with several options. An alternative product could be ordered to replace the discontinued one or we can cancel your order and refund your money in line with our refunds policy
